Matcha Berry Smoothie

This glowing anti inflammatory matcha berry smoothie is made with anti inflammatory green tea powder, berries and all natural plant based ingredients!


You’ll Need:


  • 2 cups nut milk of choice
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tablespoons unflavored protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:



  1. In a blender, blend the nut milk, blueberries, banana, protein powder (if using), matcha, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, and salt until smoothie.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
